For Office Plant Displays

Our plantcare specialists are all trained tropical plant maintenance technicians and courteous whilst carrying out their duties. The same person/team would visit on each occasion for continuity and to enable them to become familiar with your plant displays, office layout and personnel. They carry photograph ID cards and wear a uniform enabling them to be identified whilst working on a clients premises.

At the beginning of each visit they can report to a designated person or area to receive any specific instructions. At the end of each visit they complete a maintenance report stating work carried out and any further work which may need doing. The report states the date and time in and out, either yourself or a member of your staff is asked to counter sign the report which also has space for comments. A copy of the report is left with you for your records.

In addition to our regular maintenance visits, our maintenance manager, with your permission will visit your offices at agreed intervals to carry out a full inspection of the displays, leaving you with a copy of their report.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

To attend the clients offices weekly to carry out the maintenance of the plant displays.
Our plantcare team or person will carry all necessary equipment and will only require water.
To observe all regulations regarding security, Health and Safety and access applicable at an individual clients premises.
To inspect each plant display and ensure by the following procedures that it is of the required quality and appearance before moving on to the next display.
To dust, clean and polish plant displays and containers and to remove plant debris, litter and foreign objects from the displays.
To ensure all yellow and dead leaves are removed from all plants.
To prune and trim plants when necessary and when requested, staking and tying where necessary.
To ensure all displays are pest and disease free. In the interest of safety at work, we have a completely green policy using only water, organic fertiliser and a natural leaf shine. We DO NOT use chemicals of any description for the control of pests and diseases unless in exceptional circumstances it is unavoidable and is agreed with the client by prior consultation. If a plant is diseased or has a pest it is removed and replaced.
To water and feed plants as necessary. Different plants require differing amounts of water and fertiliser.
In the event of plants needing replacing, plants of equal size and characteristics and value shall be used.
During the replacement of plants every effort shall be taken to ensure there is no disruption to a clients business and the area shall be left clean and tidy. Our plantcare specialists carry dust sheets and a dustpan and brush. In some circumstances plants are changed off site to ensure minimum disruption.
